Ive been challenged to find and post 3 positive things for 3 days and challenge 3 people each day to do the same. Today is day 3..... 1.Today & everyday I am thankful for having my Mom there for me. I may not always want her help or think I need it but she has always been consistant. I bought her a gift this morning online & hopefully it is here by the time we leave for Oregon. Hint ** if I cant bring her to Hawaii, I will bring Hawaii to her & think the younger grandkids will get a kick out of it too. You will just have to wait Mom ;) She is a strong, independent determined woman & a good role model for a work ethic & a homelife, and a loving and caring Mother & friend. Love you Mom =) 2. I am thankful for my siblings, all of them whom half or not. Technically, Im an only child but have been shown what having an older sister or brother is like & how to be an older sibling even when I didnt always want the responsibility that came with it. To Rick, Scott, Marty, Shannon & BJ..I love you all & each of you has a different meaning of sibling to me. 3. Last but never least, I pull strength from the bonds of friendships I have made past & present & hopefully future. I dont have a gazillion friends but when I connect with another person & make those happy memories, I hold them dear for eternity. Know that you are the influential fabric that makes me a better person, a happy person & who help me laugh, cry & celebrate life. I would be by your side in a heartbeat if you needed me. 4.) I am grateful for the Arts..I know I broke the rules by doing a 4th but without music, theatrics,dance, Fine Arts, books & culture..to me, this world would not be worth living. A creative mind is ispirational to the world. Today I challenge each & every person on my Facebook to list 3 positives in their lives in gratitude, if you do not share..thats fine but what a great way to start your week by reminding yourself of the good things your life has to offer.
