Ive been following this group for a while, and have seen numerous questions about noir blends, sub-genres, and so on. But Ive never seen this question, I think: Anyone have any nominees for a list of *funny* noirs? The only one I can think of, off the top of my head, is kind of a cheat of an answer: Steve Martins Dead Men Dont Wear Plaid. (I say cheat because of its use of clips from old films.) Arguably, several of the Coen brothers films -- Fargo, say -- might be considered comic (as opposed to true) neo-noirs. Anything else?
