Ive been following your page for a while now & just wanted to introduce myself & our boy, Chopper. He turned 9 in October. In 2009 he had surgery for elongated palate & 6 weeks after that we came home to find him unable to walk so we took him to a specialist in Va. & found that Chopper had a ruptured disk in 5 places. So he had back surgery & has done very well & is able to walk again!! It was a long road to recovery but we got there!! After that he got some sort of blood infection & required a life saving blood transfusion. Chopper also deals with skin allergies. He just started laser therapy recently to help with his arthritis & hip dysplasia & it has helped!! Chopper has been through a lot but we love him so much & hope we have many more years with this handsome man!!! Merry Christmas everyone!!
