Ive been getting more and more annoyed with people judging people based on their physical description. I read a comment a while ago where a young woman held the door open for a mother and several kids. Instead of saying thanks the mother told her children they better not turn out like that person - she had tattoos and piercings. Today I read about a disabled vet being chastised for parking in a handicap stall - with a placard because sone one else wanted it and he didnt deserve it - with his dirty face - His skin color was different than the abusers. Why do I hide behind a frog profile pic? Well its because Im pink with yellow polka dots and some people may disregard me as a person because of that. If a requirement of any social situation was that you could only speak to a person without seeing them for the first hour of conversation I wonder how our friends lists would change.
