Ive been looking at the list of board members of the Rialto Square Theater Foundation. Here they are: James Waters, president; Tricia Simpson, vice-president; Steve Randich, secretary; Randy Green, treasurer; Lee Baily, Mohra Gavandkar, Ed Jarot, Lynne Lichtenauer, Kevin Raardon, James V. Smith as a representative of the WCMEAA, Dorothy Mavrich (honorary member), Patricia Kassis Lambrecht (honorary member). Somehow, I think that it is not a very good practice to have a paid employee of the entity that the foundation is raising money for to be on the board of the group that is raising money, especially in the position of treasurer. Those foundation members should be at arms length from the operation.
