Ive been slacking with our Move of the Day with all my travel! But Im baaaaccckkkk! I actually saw this one in a magazine and decided to try it today. It sounded a whole lot easier than it was!! Weighted plank walk: take a 10 pound barbell weight and position yourself in plank position with your feet on the weight. Then walk yourself forward and back pulling and pushing the weight as you go. Keep your core SUPER tight as youll need it to keep you steady. Do it for 1 minute, rest, then repeat as many times as you can. Im telling you, this one works everything!
