Ive been stuck at Ohare for 11 hours after flight 1061 has been continuously delayed. There has been very little information relayed to us and what has been said has been vague and dodging. There is about 7 elderly folks who have been forced to sit in wheel chairs the entire day, not moving an inch. I can only imagine the discomfort they have been in today. Several times today, a crowd gathered around your front desk, demanding information, raising their voices. At one point they had to call the airport police, and I feared for the safety of my children. I am eager to see the compensation that we receive. I know for my family, we lost several hundred dollars in hotel rooms and rental car fees today for bookings we made in Phoenix. I fully expect to be compensated for that. We also lost a day of vacation. If the flight is moved to tomorrow, I will be forced to extend my hotel and rental car reservations for another day in order to make up for the lost vacation day my family experienced today. I fully expect to be compensated for that as well. I would like to continue patronizing Frontier in the future (for both personal and business travel), but I will have to see how Frontier handles this situation first. Thanks, Tim Anderson
