Ive been wearing kinesiology tape on my injured right shoulder since Thursday evening. Since then Ive done shoulder presses with light weight, roughly 100 push-ups, 50 pull-ups and played 5 games of racquetball. Typically, this level of activity would result in increased pain. Maybe its causation or just simple correlation, but Ive noticed a measurable decrease in discomfort for the first time since the injury a month ago. Draw your own conclusion, but for now Im wearing the funky blue tape. Hey, if its good enough for Kerri Walsh...
