Ive been working on an event that hasnt gone as smoothly as I would have liked. When we had a committee meeting on Monday everybody was laughing and giving me a hard time because I was more calm and relaxed than I had been in weeks. After explaining to the group that even though it hadnt been my responsibility I took the burden and responsibility personally of the event and so had felt extreme pressure when things did not go as planned . As a friend of mine (John Collins was leaving he put his hand on my shoulder and said remember diamonds are made under pressure.
