Ive been working on this Irish Triple chain forever, for a variety of reasons. Yes, it is the Moda Paris Flea Market. So, Im in a quandary about the border. I have enough of the blue paisley to make a wide border, only small quantities of the light blue, burgundy and map. The paisley looks busy to me. In looking at other triple chains, often the border continues out from the large middle fabric, in this case, the map. I could probably get more of the map. Ideas, ladies? The med beige at the bottom is the backing. The pattern I used is Time for a Chain: The Irish Chain Updated. A single or double is a beginner level, this 10 1/2 block w/ 2 strips is advanced. When I bought the fabric, the owner said-if you ever finish this, Id like to see it. In a condescending way. It was kind of a curse!
