Ive come to the realization that I am depressed. It is not easy for me to admit, especially to myself, but when you dont care to go outside whatsoever, even on beautiful days like the past couple, and all you want to do is sleep, gotta acknowledge it. Good thing I have a counseling appointment next Monday cause Ive been having a tough time pulling myself out of this one. I can come out for a day or two, but then sink right back in it. I know things that would/will help, walks/exercise etc, cant seem to find the motivation to do them though...
