Ive decided to give everyone a peak at what I do for training routines. Todays training regimen is a very modified and water downed version of what I do for workouts, due to the fact that Im still dont have full strength in my hand and wrist yet. 800m run as a warm-up, hip circles and wall slides 3x10 Ring Rows 3x10 external rotation with thera-band 3x8 Backsquat using yoke (to reduce pressure on my wrist and shoulders) You will notice that I put my heaviest movement at the end of my workout. I did this because I will create an endocrine response (hormonal) after the backsquats. This will assist the weaker muscles (which are now broken down and fatigued) to grow bigger and stronger as they absorb the hormones.
