Ive got some good news for a change. I went to the cancer Dr. and she said that there is only one more spot of cancer than we already knew about. Its in a cluster of lymph nodes outside my colon. The left lung turned out to be cancer too. But I was expecting that one to be cancer. Anyway, its all the same type of cancer so the treatment will be the same for all of it. Thank God its not more than one kind of cancer! The best part of the news is that my oncologist says that I may not even need any surgery at all - not even on my colon. She said if the chemo does its job it will shrink it down to nothing and I wont even need to have surgery. I will do four rounds of chemo, once every 2 weeks. I will have a port put in this Monday and then some time after that I will start chemo. I will wear a chemo bag for two days and then have it removed. Ill do that 4 times and then we will do another CT scan to see how much it has shrunk and then take it from there. thanks for the prayers. God is listening and I still have the victory!
