Ive had a few requests for an example of one of my ab work outs, so here you go. Lisa Noelle Schunk let me know if there are any you cant do with your equipment and well find an alternative ;) 4 Sets of hanging leg raises x 25 reps ( 2 sets straight leg, 2 sets knees bent ) 3 sets of cable crunches x 20 reps ( your max weight for all three sets ) 3 sets of Side bends w/ cables or dumbbells x 20 reps 3 sets decline crunches x 20 reps Finish with a plank, hold for 1 minute minimum Note: Always try and make your workout harder. The harder you are working the better your results will be. If you get to 20 reps and feel like you have more in you, then keep going. Go till complete muscle failure. Especially with abs , they are difficult body part to get results from. So work yourself like a rented mule, and get the core youve always dreamed of!! Train mean!!
