Ive had a little play today. Well it was to drown my sorrows as I made the decision this morning to get a new oven. As you may not have read, last night my fan heat went on my oven. I could only get the fan and the top and bottom heating to come on. As I have a massive bake next week I couldnt wait for it to be repaired so hubby went and got one and fitted it. So after an afternoon of burning off the new smell Ive made some more cookie as they went down a storm last time. Anyway I made a crown, never done one of these before and used my extruded thingy which is great but wish it would hold more fondant, was forever filling it up. Now this is far from perfect and it could break still as only used heavily treated fondant but so far so good, which paste should I have used? No way would I have been able to use flowerpaste. Right we are all off to stokesley fair tonight so time to chill x
