Ive had as many as 5 jobs at one time. Typical for me is having 3. Usually I keep at least 2 (and I have since I was 15 years old)... until now. With my one & only job, it is VERY disheartening to hear the following: Well Mr. Thompson, whereas your experience indicates that you are very much qualified on paper... its unfortunate that the company has taken the position of over qualifying you. In any case however, the position you applied for will most likely be filled by someone within the facility since their not really intended for the public. But we strongly encourage you to continue to apply. Mmkay...? Thanks and good luck! Now.... I could go PLUM DFUQ OFF on here & rip that entire spiel to shreds with my opinions, facts, etc. but honestly........smdh Im just too overwhelmed with disbelief. Too saddened by how the system fails. Too frustrated at all those consciously involved, who continue to pacify the situation instead of rectifying it. And most of all, Im TOO PISSED that my time & energy was COMPLETELY WASTED!!!!!!!! #____(I got nothing)____
