Ive kept my cool for the most part-and tried my hardest to enjoy this past weekend, which I did very well. But, its Monday and we saw the pediatric surgeon last Wednesday. And, he has yet to request blood work for Molly. I am going to lose my freakin mind. I mean, do they not realize that this is a nightmare? The doctor leaves me with a parting note-If its a malignancy, a month wont mean much-and then makes us wait longer. Never mind that since November 18th, I have yet to sleep more than 2 hours, actually eat 3 meals, and function like a subhuman at least. I dont think waiting is a good sign. I think its a sign of a doctor with too much on his plate. I want solid proof, actually proof, that this is all a non existent nightmare, so we can move on. And lets not forget that I have to literally hold Molly down and traumatize her, while they draw blood-because she is petrified and I mean PETRIFIED of needles. Seriously, Im breaking. Quickly.
