Ive lived in the Bay Area long enough to know drought come every 5 years. However, Ive really been proud of our people with so many dead grass and even expensive produce in our markets. What I frown upon is the water municipals and the government. How can you sit there year after year not building infrastructure on new sources? Ocean water? We can use it. Aquaducts starting from Vancouver BC to San Diego? We need to forget borders because rain doesnt recognize that stuff... Id prefer to drink our pristine tap water and flush toilets with salt water? Common sense folks.
