Ive lowered my calories a lot and I still cant lose any weight! I think Ive damaged my metabolism Answer: notice the new fitness terror attack is the metabolic damage. Everyone wants to blame it for any lack of fat loss results. Listen, cut calories too low all the sudden usually combined with way too much training for someone not used to the volume plus caffeine overuse and you end up with a stressed body & mind which makes your body say hello this aint good lets lower out energy bill. Now if you dont do this, adopt a healthy lifestyle and dont go from restriction to over indulging, but instead little by little add food you no longer have this issue. See, again, its all about long term practice. And patience
