Ive never been in darkness and my heart sinks for those who cant reach the light in their mind or live in the now ...the negative energies pull them down and they hide beneath their beautiful...My heart goes out to all who have been depressed, are depressed or lost someone due to depression. I know the walk I am doing for CAID was inspired more bc of a young girl who has a CAID and feels alone in her disease~ no child, no soul should feel alone or beneath another...I will walk to prevent, raise awareness and for the lives lost...I lost a dear friend he took his life on Valentines Day at a very very young age( think 13), I remember the day clearly. We are here for how ever long, please focus on lifting others
