Ive noticed a lot of puppies here lately. So, puppy parents. How is potty training going? Elsa is 10 weeks. I am pretty on the ball with taking her out every 30 mins, encouraging her to come to the back door, coaxing her outside, encouraging her to go, then reward and praise when she does. But sometime not even 5/10 minutes later she will pee again in the house. Just squat where she is and go. So ill say no, no and take her out. Like about 2 accidents per day. I just wish she would make the connection that outside is where you are suppose to go! Am I being unrealistic? Is she too young to expect this of her? It seems to me she has no bladder control or no desire to try and get outside to go. I thought after 2+ weeks of having her wed be doing better at this.
