Ive noticed quite a few people a perplexed as to what to do when they are running out of Human Effigys so I wanted to put this info out there. As some of you know there is a Ring In Dark Souls 2 called The Ring of Life Protection. This ring works the same way the Ring of Sacrifice did in Dark Souls 1. If you are wearing it Upon Death you stay in human form, do not go hollow, and retain all your souls. Now unlike the Ring of Sacrifice which would break and disappear from your inventory when you died making it only good for one use per ring, The Ring of Life Protection can be repaired for 3,000 Souls and used over an over again thus eliminating the need for Human Effigys to turn human. If you were to die you simply travel to Majula and have the Black Smith fix your ring then go back to try the area you died in again.
