Ive really been in a rut lately with even wanting to photo anything. My brain has been wrapped around NO NOISE since the beginning of my quest for knowledge. Ive always wanted my photos to look like my video when colored and my video to have the capabilities of being colored like my .RAW photos. It was a struggle to say the least. Then, when I move into RAW video, I have this pleasant but existing grain, this noise... that I like, but I dont like, but what do I do with it. The confusion goes on. I could embrace it in others photography but really couldnt do it to my own, yet I wanted to. This bipolar artist thing was really depressing me. So I called a friend whos photography was really the direction I was trying to go, but wanted to twist it up so that it wasnt replicating... and he was glad to help. So I looked into film emulation, and what older cameras used to do, also what the post processing was and included, grabbed some presets, tweaked them, and now Im re-editing some oldies I have. Really refreshed and looking forward to shooting some new content soon. Very grateful to Michael Tucker Photography for sharing with me.
