Ive seen alot of people asking about the gnar nerfs and what they are doing so ill elaborate for you. The are decreasing his base damage on his q,w,r in both forms by 5 on each ability respectively and also increasing his wallop CD by 2 seconds. all in all its not that big of a deal it just makes it to were he cant burst a carry from 100-0 while hes building full tank, which most high elo gnar players dont do anyway so its not going to make much of a difference imo. Also the 2 second wallop cd isnt that bad im pretty sure that just makes it to were you cant wallop twice in mega gnar form pre like, level 9 or so. also not a huge deal seeing as once is plenty enough anyway
