Ive sit quietly and watched as Christians mocked peaceful black protesters the past several days, and it has really discouraged me. Watch this video people! The Garner case and Ferguson case are so different that even myself and my liberal friends sided with officer Wilson. But if you can watch this video of Eric Garner being MURDERED by the NYPD, and not become emotional, then you seriously lack compassion and should question your Christianity. Before you post, imagine what Jesus would do. Would Jesus make fun of people for misspelling something? The events in Ferguson should not be linked with the murder of Eric Garner or Trayvon Martin. They didnt do anything that any white person wouldnt have done! If the police approach me unfairly, Im defending myself. Period! This video makes me sick! Quit generalizing this murder to the events in Ferguson. This man was not a thief. He was not running the streets causing havoc! He broke up a fight and attracted attention to himself. He was trying to get home to his family! I whole heartedly believe that Eric Garner would not have been killed if he reacted the same way if he had been a white business man, and that is implicit racism. That is why these protesters are assembling. This man left behind children, that are reading the judgmental, hateful, and often incorrect things that are being wrote about him. They dont need to see it! Dont poke fun of black people for taking up for theirselves, and then get offended when someone accuses you of racism....
