Ive tried nearly every diet and quick fix out there. I KNOW there is no easy solution - its damn hard work to eat clean and exercise properly. Ive been working on my new body for quite some time now, and the progress has been slow, steady, and fabulous. My latest endeavor was a 21 day challenge... All my friends were kicking ass at it and I was motivated by their results (which were most noticeable in the midsection - my problem area!) so I decided to give it a go, too... After busting my ass for months and months, I was curious to see how much change could really be made that quickly. I have a little less than a week left, am down 5 lbs (!!!), and my clothes are fitting way better. The first picture is day one, the second picture is day 8. BAM. Take that, abs! Oh, and a little non-scale victory photo: These pants were snug when I first started. BOOM. I feel like a badass. I highly recommend this if youre at a plateau, or are overwhelmed and dont know how to start being healthy, or if you are the kind of person who needs quicker results to motivate you to continue. Im going to do a second round of this once Im finished and add in some extra intensity - Im just so pleased! Does anyone else want to join me?? I will walk you through the whole process to make sure you stick with it and stay motivated :)
