Ive tried to keep largely out of referendum debates, and if I vehemently disagree I dont reply, I dont want to get in a slanging match. Im happy for people to have a different opinion as is their right and Ill happily discuss it, as long as its civil but dont sneer or insult or belittle me as if youre somehow better informed, youve no idea how Ive come to my opinion. Why cant people respect opposite opinions? From now on, you do that, Ill disengage completely, and Ill just unfriend. I dont need to be friends with people who talk to me like that, it makes me want to respond in kind and Im not going to do that on here. Come and ridicule me to my face if you like and Ill happily give you the response you seek.
