State of Haryana and others Present: Mr. Manjeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. .. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the result for selection to the post of JBT teachers initially declared, the petitioners were not in the merit list. The petitioners are post- graduates. They had to be awarded two marks for that. If two marks are added, the petitioners will secure more marks than the last candidate selected. A representation was made on 9.9.2014. Thereafter, a fresh list of selection was displayed on 10.9.2014, in which the candidates, who were having post-graduate qualification, were given two marks for higher qualification and out of the marks secured by them in the interview, two marks were reduced. Ultimately, the selection list was kept the same. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only at this stage for 14.10.2014.
