“JESUS CHRIST IS LORD AND SAVIOR OF ALL HUMANITY” Romans 14:11- For it is written (Isa. 45:23), As I live, says the Lord (God cannot die), every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God (to make a confession of God’s Honor, Philippians 2:8-11- And being found in fashion as a man (denotes Christ in men’s eyes), He humbled Himself (He was brought low, but willingly), and became obedient unto death (does not mean He became obedient to death; He was always the Master of Death; rather, He subjected Himself to death), even the death of the Cross. (This presents the character of His Death as one of disgrace and degradation, which was necessary for men to be redeemed. This type of death alone would pay the terrible sin debt, and do so in totality.) 9 Wherefore God also has highly exalted Him (to a place of supreme Majesty; Jesus has always been Creator, but now He is Saviour as well), and given Him a Name which is above every name (actually says, “The Name,” referring to a specific Name and Title; that Name, as Verse 11 proclaims, is “Lord”): 10 That at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow (in the sphere of the Name, which refers to all it entails; all of this is a result of the Cross, the price paid there, and the Redemption consequently afforded), of things in Heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth (all Creation will render homage, whether animate or inanimate); 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (proclaims “Lord” as the “Name” of Verse 9; it means “Master” of all, which again has been made possible by the Cross), to the Glory of God the Father. (The acknowledgment of the Glory of Christ is the acknowledgment of the Glory of the Father.) THE DEITY OF CHRIST John 1:1- In the beginning (does not infer that Christ as God had a beginning, because as God He had no beginning, but rather refers to the time of Creation [Gen. 1:1]) was the Word (the Holy Spirit through John describes Jesus as “the Eternal Logos”), and the Word was with God (“was in relationship with God,” and expresses the idea of the Trinity), and the Word was God (meaning that He did not cease to be God during the Incarnation; He “was” and “is” God from eternity past to eternity future). John 1:29- The next day (refers to the day after John had been questioned by the emissaries from the Sanhedrin) John sees Jesus coming unto him (is, no doubt, after the Baptism of Jesus, and the temptation in the wilderness), and said, Behold the Lamb of God (proclaims Jesus as the Sacrifice for sin, in fact, the Sin-Offering, Whom all the multiple millions of offered lambs had represented), which takes away the sin of the world (animal blood could only cover sin, it could not take it away; but Jesus offering Himself as the Perfect Sacrifice took away the sin of the world; He not only cleansed acts of sin, but, as well, addressed the root cause [Col. 2:14-15]). THERE IS NO SALVATION IN BUDDHA. THERE IS NO SALVATION IN MOHAMMED THERE IS NO SALVATION IN ALLAH. THERE IS NO SALVATION IN 33 MILLION AND MORE HINDU GODS. THERE IS NO SALVATION IN CONFUCIUS. THERE IS NO SALVATION IN WORSHIPPING A STATUE OF MARY. (saying the hail Mary is worshipping Mary) THERE IS NO SALVATION IN ANY OTHER GOD, ONLY ONE GOD (JESUS CHRIST, JESUS IS GOD). ONE MEDIATOR 1 TIMOTHY 2:5- For there is one God (manifested in three Persons — God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit), and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus (He can only be an adequate Mediator Who has sympathy with and an understanding of both parties, and is understandable by and clear to both; in other words, Jesus is both God and Man, i.e., “Very God and Very Man”); JOHN 1:14- And the Word was made flesh (refers to the Incarnation, “God becoming man”), and dwelt among us (refers to Jesus, although Perfect, not holding Himself aloft from all others, but rather lived as all men, even a peasant), (and we beheld His Glory, the Glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father,) (speaks of His Deity, although hidden from the eyes of the merely curious; while Christ laid aside the expression of His Deity, He never lost the possession of His Deity) full of Grace and Truth (as “flesh,” proclaimed His Humanity, “Grace and Truth” His Deity). ISAIAH 44:6- Thus says the LORD the King of Israel, and His Redeemer the LORD of Hosts; I am the First, and I am the Last; and beside Me there is no God. (Let all know and understand: there is no “Redeemer” but the Lord! There is One God, manifest in Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, Who are all One in essence [I Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:3-6; Heb. 1:8; Jn. 1:1-2; 20:28; Acts 5:3-4; II Jn. 3; Acts 2:34].) ISAIAH 43:10- You are My witnesses, says the LORD, and My servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me. (As in the previous Verse, the nations are invited to come together and challenged once more to vindicate their idols by fulfilled Prophecy. But it is in vain that they will seek for witnesses! But the Messiah will bring forth His witnesses, even His Servant Israel to prove that there is no God but the God of Israel; that He “declares” and “saves” and “shows”; that He is from everlasting; and that He is Almighty.) 11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside Me there is no Saviour. (None but God can save men. Man cannot make atonement for his followers. In this Passage is found the telling point of the Gospel, and the contention arousing Satan’s anger. Emphatically, it is declared that the Lord is the only “Saviour.” Satan deceives men into believing otherwise.) EXODUS 20:3- You shall have no other gods before Me (the manner in which this First Commandment is given indicates that each individual of the nation is addressed severally, and is required personally to obey the Law, a mere general national obedience being insufficient; this Commandment requires the worship of one God Alone, Jehovah; it implies, in point of fact, that there is no other God). 4 You shall not make unto yourself any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in Heaven above, or that is in the Earth beneath, or that is in the water under the Earth. 5 You shall not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them who hate Me; REVELATION 1:8- I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending (the First, the Last, the only God), saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. (The word “Almighty” guarantees He will be able to accomplish all that He says.) REVELATION 22:13- I am Alpha and Omega (presents the first letter in the Greek Alphabet [Alpha], and the last letter in the Greek Alphabet [Omega]; it is another way of saying, “the first and the last,” which includes all in-between), the beginning and the end, the first and the last. (This doesn’t mean Christ as God had a beginning, for He didn’t. It is speaking of whatever is in question. Christ is the beginning of all things, and the end of all things.) REVELATION 21:6- And He said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. (The mighty declaration “Finished” heard at the morning of Creation, at Calvary, and now repeated here for the last time, closes all Prophecy. What He began, He now finishes.) I will give unto him who is athirst of the fountain of the Water of Life freely. (This statement doesn’t pertain to the coming Perfect Age, for all then will have the Water of Life, but rather to the present. This “fountain of the Water of Life” is tied directly to the Cross of Calvary in that it is free to all who will believe [Jn. 3:16].) “JESUS GAVE YOU DIRECTIONS TO THE PATH OF SALVATION” JESUS is the only way to SALVATION (to be saved) JESUS is the TRUTH JESUS is the Life (ETERNAL LIFE) 1 JOHN 2:2- And He is the propitiation (satisfaction) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (This pertains to the fact that the satisfaction is as wide as the sin. If men do not experience its benefit, the fault is not in its efficacy, but in man himself.) JOHN 3:16- For God so loved the world (presents the God kind of love), that He gave His Only Begotten Son (gave Him up to the Cross, for that’s what it took to redeem humanity), that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have Everlasting Life. JESUS CHRIST THE GREAT HIGH PRIEST HEBREWS 4:14- Seeing then that we have a Great High Priest (Christ acts on our behalf to God), Who is passed into the Heavens (has to do with a legal process), Jesus the Son of God (presents the fact that Jesus is not only man, but is God as well), let us hold fast our profession. (Let us hold fast to Christ and the Cross, which was necessary for our Lord to be our High Priest.) 15 For we have not an High Priest Who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities (being Very Man as well as Very God, He can do such); but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin (His temptation, and ours as well, was to leave the prescribed Will of God, which is the Word of God; but He never did, not even one time.) 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the Throne of Grace (presents the Seat of Divine Power, and yet the Source of boundless Grace), that we may obtain Mercy (presents that which we want first), and find Grace to help in time of need (refers to the Goodness of God extended to all who come, and during any “time of need”; all made possible by the Cross). Jesus will hear and answer a sinner’s prayer, if you turn to him in repentance of your sins. HOW TO RECEIVE JESUS AS LORD AND SAVIOR OF YOUR LIFE ROMANS 10: 9- That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus (confess that Jesus is the Lord of Glory, and the Saviour of men, and that He died on the Cross that we might be Saved), and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead (pertains to the Bodily Resurrection of Christ, as is obvious), you shall be Saved (it is that simple!). 10 For with the heart man believes unto Righteousness (presents the word “believing” in a mode of “thinking,” not of feeling; the “believing” has to do with believing Christ, and that His Sacrifice of Himself Atoned for all sin); and with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation (when Faith comes forth from its silence to announce itself and proclaim the Glory and the Grace of the Lord, its voice “is confession”). If you have chosen to follow Jesus Christ, then say the Sinners Prayer.(Note: Saying words wont save you, but if you believe the words that you are saying with all your heart, by FAITH then you shall be saved.) NOW SAY THE SINNERS PRAYER God I repent of my sins. Jesus come into my heart and make me a new creation. I believe that you are the Son of God, and that God has raised you from the dead. From this day forward I make you Lord and Saviour of my Life. AMEN !!!!! NOW YOU ARE SAVED I would like to encourage you to find a bible believing Church in your Area or WWW.SONLIFETV.COM, where you can be taught the WORD OF GOD and continue to grow in the ways of the Lord. Praise the Lord and give God ALL the Glory.
