***JESUS,THE REASON OF THE SEASON Part 4*** Daily Dose: For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.# Isaiah 9:6# Yesterday we saw that the birth of Jesus was wonderful even, the place of His birth was a wonder, His conception was wonderful. Today, I just want examine want to examine the name COUNSELLOR.The one that is name is Jesus(Saviour) also has the best Counsel From the scriptures, I have seen and read that human counsel can later turn to foolishness. You may ask how,the Bible says, the one that come from above is above all(John 3:31). The best advise that can help one in life and destiny is with the COUNSELLOR. Psalm 33:11says, The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. The only everlasting counsel is the counsel is the Lord counsel. The counsel of the Lord is reliable unlike that of men. The counsel of the Lord never leads to pit unlike that of men( 2 Samuel 16:21). Let see few examples of God counsels that attract blessing in Matthew 5:3-11 #Jesus counsel that when you carry pure heart,you will see God #When you are merciful, you will receive mercy #When you are peacemaker, you will be called children of God... #He gave the counsel that despite of all troubles He has overcome. (John 16:33), etc... Note:For the counsel of the Best COUNSELLOR to work for you, you have to encounter Him. Give your life to Him,and you will be guided. Bible Direct: John 3:3.
