JJ is doing a little better. They are trying to slowly take him off of the ventilator. If he cannot start breathing on his own when they go to take him completely off they will have to most likely try steroids which have the chance of causing long term brain issues. He is right at 3lbs but they say he is gaining weight very slowly due to all of his infections and the fact that he is having to get mostly donor milk 😔 he is also having issues with reflux. Hopefully they can lower his ventilator support more tomorrow without him reacting badly to it. Please continue praying!
