Description The Sr. Analyst Global FP&A will support the CFO and the global finance staff with their planning, analysis and reporting needs. Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities: • Support the CFO and world-wide finance staff with financial planning and analysis as needed • Play integral part in the redesign of the budgeting and forecasting process • Develop financial models for different regions as indicated by CFO and local management • Support CFO and local management with ad-hoc reports • Support changes of the monthly financial reporting process • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions • Perform other duties as assigned Competencies/Skills: • Ability to work across multiple geographic regions and culturally diverse teams • Thorough understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and financial ratios • Great expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations • Possession of strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments • Ability to create and maintain highest level of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and sensitive situations • Must be detail oriented • Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time Requirements Qualifications and Educational Requirements: • Degree in Business or Finance or the equivalent plus five to seven years of related experience • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), especially Excel • MBA preferred • German and/or Spanish language skills preferred • Experience with Concur • Experience with accounting software, like NAVISION, required and experience with BI software preferred
