JOB: MID-SENIOR DESIGNER (full time). Carnival Studio are seeking a passionate & talented designer with 5+ years experience to join our small studio and work with a host of film & entertainment clients. A passion for film is essential & the successful candidate will have the ability to develop & communicate strong conceptual ideas through to finished art, with an eye for detail. They will be able to work closely with clients direct and be able to manage multiple projects under deadlines, and be a quick & intelligent thinker. A strong understanding of print processes is essential, with the preparation of clean & accurate files of high importance. A passion for typography is highly desired, and strong knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) is required. The successful applicant will work across print and digital mediums to produce film campaign collateral including: print collateral, press ad design & production (Quickcut), DVD cover art, large format outdoor campaigns, adaptation poster key art, develop original key art concepts, design for online mediums including story boarding & prep for animation.
