This position has been created to assist in the management of the office of the CEO and will provide the successful incumbent the opportunity to develop into a potential future Executive. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • BDegree: Agriculture/Eng/Comm • Post Grad Management Qualification/CPA • Currently serving in a Senior Management Role in a Division/Company SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Currently serving in a Senior Management Role, Head of a Division/Company • 5 – 8 Years exp • Project and Strategic Planning Knowledge and proven track record RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the strategic planning process from conception, arrangements and compilation of reports for EXCO and the Board • Provide support to the CEO and EXCO for measuring progress and reporting in respect of the business strategy and operational performance • Keeping abreast with the changes in the specific business environment, explore opportunities and contribute to the strategic planning • Leading change management and knowledge management interventions • Lead continuous optimisation and innovation initiatives • Stand in for executives in their absence on specific commercially orientated projects • Act as industry custodian, keeping abreast of issues within the industry, representing the company on various forums • Participate on EXCO, the Board For more information or to apply please contact vanessa on [email protected] or on 082 049 2639
