Alegado signs a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with METRO WEAR INCORPORATED, a domestic corporation, a company engaged in apparel manufacturing for export needing and requiring the services involving work or skills directly related to its sewing business and operations including probationary work, with business address at MEZ 1, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu represented by Mr. KIM FRANCISCO ,Manager, Corporate Communications & Talent Acquisition Department Metro Wear, Inc. The MetroWear Inc. binds itself to lend its sewing machines for the skills training to be conducted at the facility of the LGU Consolacion for the duration of one (1) year .They will send and provide as the need arises its skilled personnel or trainer/s to do calibration training and enhance the knowledge and skills in accordance with the company standards the trainees and trainers of the Municipality in the technical know-how and all aspects of the training to determine the competency and skills of the trainees. All qualified graduates/trainees will be EXCLUSIVELY endorsed by the LGU to MetroWear Inc. for assessment or possible employment. That upon the completion of the training with the LGU, their graduates/trainees will be subjected to employment screening, trade testing and evaluation. LGU Consolacion commits to endorse to MetroWear Inc twenty-five (25) trainees every one month.
