JOB POSTING: Human Resources Manager at Veson Nautical in Boston, MA As a Veson Nautical HR Manager, you will play a key role in securing top talent for our growing business, developing and maintaining our strong culture, fostering high employee engagement, and further developing Veson Nautical’s standing as an employer of choice. You will ensure that all human resources processes, programs, and systems align with business strategy, objectives, and employee needs. You will lead your team in owning the following areas: personnel forecasting, talent acquisition, employee and leadership development, performance management, employee relations, and people policies and procedures. You will collaborate with Finance on ensuring our total compensation package remains competitive, it is well communicated to employees, and linked to performance. You will also advise leadership team on organization structure, aligning people strategies with business results, and company communications. You will plan and execute strategic initiatives that support the business in its growth and success.
