I have a good working knowledge of as a personal Secretary /assistant / Clerk in well reputed law firm situated in Lahore. I am eager to expand my knowledge and my experience in working with you. My current position as a personal assistant to Legal Adviser / Clerk Public Affairs with A.W.Chaddhaa Associate which give me a wide variety of experiences. Now I am doing work with Pakistan Law Company situated in Lahore with same Position. My Job Responsibilities 1. Management of the Office Dairy and appointments. 2. Help, manage output, workflow and office deadlines. 3. Take and relay accurate and timely massage from telephone callers, and answer queries’ where possible. 4. Take minutes for all meetings. 5. Draft, type and dispatch all the Correspondence. 6. Maintain a comprehensive filling system. 7. Providing information needed by colleagues in their own files. 8. Any others task that may be assigned by the Company. 9. Summary Perform routine clerical duties involved in processing request for court documents and prepares a variety of forms and reports as mandated by law as well as Company. 10. Preparation of Fresh Court cases/files for Civil Courts, Session Court, High Court as well as Supreme Court of Pakistan. 11. Filling appeals of Sales Tax. 12. Managing & Maintaining the office records as per requirements of Company. 13. Monthly Banks Transactions. 14. Other Routine Matters. 15. Other duties may be assigned. Receives and files documents and vital records; maintains all files as keeper of files and records. Answers the telephone, responds to questions regarding court proceedings and documents from persons in the legal system, other governmental agencies and the general public. 16. Receive certified copies of court documents from different Courts. 17. Opens mail, prioritizes requests and then files requests with appropriate staff/entities. 18. Calculates charges for filing fees and accepts and receipts fees into accounting system. 19. Balances daily transactions and cash drawer to be forwarded to the accounting department. 20. Ensures that necessary documents are included in all case files before submitting them to court. 21. Receives and processes cases; assigns docket numbers, submits them to Court, issues summons and warrants, records continuances, files probation reports; may notify Head of Company about completed cases.
