Job Role Answerable to the works manager with full responsibility for management, delegation and co-ordination. To develop a programme of works for loop and c bay with melt shop supervisor and a casting programme with works manager. To implement these programmes across each area, manage the pattern movements, quality control regarding melt analysis and melt records and control all consumables for the foundry and melt shop. Criteria Applicants must have excellent knowledge and a strong background in castings and forgings with confidence to professionally manage shop floor personnel with regards to discipline, health and safety and time keeping. Benefits Package The package includes a salary circa £25000 plus 33 days holiday, production bonus, profit share and an excellent company pension.
