******************************JOB VACANCY THE OFFICE OF MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR KANDARA CONSTITUENCY REQUIRES AN OFFICE MANAGER. The Office Manager, who will be based at the Kenol (Kandara) office, will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager reporting directly to the Member of Parliament will be responsible for providing office management services. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and implement office policies • Establish standards and procedures • Organize office operations and procedures • Supervise all staff • Evaluate staff performance • Coaching and mentoring staff • Manage correspondences • Review and approve supply requisitions • Ensure office equipment are maintained • Maintain accounts, preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures • Maintain Constituency diary in liaison with the PA. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience • The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, B.ed, B.IT or other relevant field. • Aged between 28-45 years • Must be from Kandara Constituency The ideal candidate will also possess the following competencies: • Highly detail-oriented • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrate professionalism • Ability to collaborate with others • Ability to work without supervision • Personal integrity Send your CV with 3 referees to: propsafricalimited@gmail on or by 23rd July 2013, 4pm
