Purpose Statement Consulting Service is responsible for providing implementation of Business Solution Accountabilities • Business process and solution owner • Design, implementation and support of the SAP Business One solution • Configuration, testing and documentation. • Training end users for using business solution system. Safety Follow the safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as directed by the business unit. Dimensions of Role Type of Role: Professional, implementation, Consulting Working Relationships Work in partnership with: • Board of directors • Project teams • Operational and Commercial team • External clients Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Knowledge and Qualifications • Degree or diploma in Business and Accounting, or equivalent experience • At least 2 years experience in Financial Accounting • Knowledge of Computerized Business Software (e.g MYOB, Peachtree) • Confidence and ability to understand Business Process and Accounting Function quickly • LCCI Level 3 and above Essential Skills • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to convey information in a clear, concise manner relevant to the user or the developer • Ability to plan and prioritise a busy and demanding workload • Attention to detail • Problem solving skills and a confident decision maker • Numerate and analytical • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly • Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with minimal supervision • A creative thinker not afraid to propose innovative solutions • High level of technical competency in the use of toolsets • Good team worker – developing close working relationships and strong network across the business • Demonstration and Training End User Key Leadership Behaviours • Our Leadership Behaviours describe the high standards we should expect of ourselves and colleagues at Vanguard.
