JOHNNY ROGERS TO PRESENT “BUDDY AND BEYOND” AT OMHOF MUSKOGEE, OKLA. – The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame will host Chicago’s Johnny Rogers for his show “Buddy and Beyond” on Friday, March 14, at 7pm at The Frisco Depot, 401 S. 3rd in Muskogee. Admission is $10 at the door. Doors will open at 6pm. Johnny first appeared in Muskogee during Tommy Allsup’s induction into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2005 wowing a packed house at the Muskogee Civic Center as Buddy Holly. Johnny later starred in “Buddy and Beyond” in Branson and currently tours all over the world presenting the history of Rock ‘n Roll music as he portrays Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney, and many others. Johnny has been known to transport his audience back in time, experiencing the birth of Rock ‘n Roll and Rockabilly. Buddy and Beyond also touches into the country genre with performances as Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, and Hank Williams. The Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame is open to the public Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm. “Live at The Frisco Depot” is presented every Thursday at 7pm featuring local, regional, and national music acts.
