•༺• JOYful Insight •༻• I have always been a big fan of making appreciation a regular practice. It is something I strive to include in my day to day life. As I was out doing errands one morning and thinking about what I was thankful for that day, I drove up behind a car with a license plate frame that read: “Have a grateful day”. A subtle but powerful twist on the usual, “Have a great day.” I love this new little mantra that presented itself to me and I began a practice that very day of sharing it wherever I go!
