JSK STEPPING IN TO A NEW DAWN : A FITTING CODA. Jibril Sabo Keana which we all love to call Jsk is a man of many definition. Fortnights ago, his photo image went viral on the pages of Facebook and other social media with a captivating caption: STEPPING INTO A NEW DAWN. Different meanings, interpretation, and comments followed the displayed. Reading through them, it was all agreed that, the pictures makes a loud political statements. What we do with those pictures will be televised for posterity. If we hide it under the shelf, that statement will reverberate. If we decide to hang them in our living rooms, we will be rewarded with a blessed future. That Jibril Sabo Keana is a credible and saleable candidate is no more an issue of debate. That he is contesting come 2015, is expected. That he will pull the require vote is not a novelty. That he is better equip and prepare for the job is also correct. That he is a grassroot politician is an understatement. That he is going to do better is predictable. What else? What is news however is, Jsk is vying to represent the good people of Awe, doma and Keana in the green chamber of the national assembly. Simple!. Jibril Sabo Keana a geologist by first training. Geology after and now a crusader of rural democracy and justice. His love for grassroot governance and development endear him to his people while activate a bitter bile in the stomach of his detractors. This is a man, many believe is a victim of a grand political conspiracy. Like the story of Jesus, he was deliberately killed and crucified for his private sin. This is a man, who believe that local government administration must be allowed to enjoy the fullest purpose of its existence. That the unholy matrimony between the states and the local council under the guise of joint account is the perfect definition of scam. That such a policy is anti- people, anti- development and a gruesome rape on the collective patrimony of the rural populace. This position cost him expensively. Jibril Sabo Keana is a thourough breed grassroot politician. Haven served as chairman Keana local government and performed credibly well, he has directly interface with all the maladies that confront rural dwellers. This include; lack of basic social amenities, a stratospheric level of unemployment, a disturbing statistics of poverty, a shocking maternal and child mortality rates and a ridiculous educational standards. He has tackled some of this challenges during his swayed as chairman before the gangs of political rapist wielded their influence and hijacked the system. They bastardized the system and now gave it a bad name that it is a hotbed of corruption. As if it is not enough, some went as far as the national confab to canvass support for it total annihilation as a 3rd tiers of government. Jsk has always ensure that what belong to that zone is given to her. His popularity in around the state is not accidental. A man with such qualities should naturally be rally round for purposeful leadership and quality representation. Last week he did what some one calling community mapping. It was a thourough study of the various communities that made up the constituency. The major tribes and their culture, their population and needs, major roads in the area and markets. Schools and hospitals etc. The study is to guide him while he swift into actions to deliver the goodies of democracy to his people. The great people of Awe, doma and Keana.
