The demonstration of extreme and deliberate cruelty, without repentance and behavior of high social risk are part of the reasoning Judge Stefka Pashova gave the worst detention of Topolovets resident Raycho Dimitrov Ivanov. The man refused to say a word in his defense, or to repent, yet asked for a lighter measure. Shocking scenes are described in the testimony and records of the incident that led to the dog to bleed to death, which shocked the social networks by the end of last week. Raycho did not show composure with monstrous cruelty and threw the dying dog in the gully a mile outside Kamena, then did not even mention a word to his family for what he did. Moreover, he tried to fool the police the day after the incident, when he explained that the dog probably ran away, when it was actually buried by Raycho himself. The Prosecutor calls for the worst detention, although the maximum expectation of such an act is imprisonment up to 3 years. The lawyer for Raycho said that the most likely outcome of the case will be given an administrative sanction, yet the judge in his decision with the argument that apparently caused death implementing Article, an administrative fine is impossible.
