JUST A THOUGHT: Never in my posts did I say that masters are infallible. Just 2 days ago, one of my choir members who never studied music corrected me. Upon examining the piece closely, I asked for an apology and immediately rectified my mistake. I also remember that as a student, I did point out some mistakes of my teacher, now National Artist for Music Dr. Francisco F. Feliciano, which he rectified upon careful investigation. What I did say, however, was that the EDUCATED OPINION of a master is much more valuable than the INEXPERIENCED OPINION of a student. Objectively correcting a mistake is very different from destroying the credibility of a master in public just because he/she disagrees with your subjective OPINION.
