JUST CLOSED! Thanks to the help of affinity escrow and Stewart title we had a very smooth closing! A special message here ~ This was a short sale in which I advised the seller to stay current on their mortgage so that they did not destroy their credit. By remaining current on their mortgage, they can now go out and purchase a new home without waiting several years for their credit to repair and season. And because of this, we are now out shopping for a new home for their family!
