JUST WENT TO MCDONALDS FALCON! lady was rude in the speaker box. we were told to drive forward which we did and waited for 5 mins. Still happy waiting for our food. After we get our food our burgers were made wrong, so we drove back through the drive through and was asked to wait a second time in the waiting bay, 15 minutes waiting in the bay the second time. A girl walks out our food and rudely hands us the bag. I explained to her that we had waited 20 minutes which she replied with yep. Than i told her that i am a business owner and that she should next time apologize she sais ok. I than told her I would be making a head office complaint. She replies well my names jasmine. And walks off as she is opening the door of the restaurant she had yelled out COW at the top of her lungs which the car beside us waiting for her order heard aswell as my mother beside me was disgusted. she slamed the door behind her and locked it. i reversed my car into a bay and knock on the door that she locked. A customer inside unlocked the door. I walk inside and their is JASMINE running to the back because she knows what she did by yelling out COW! to a customer was wrong. The manager comes out upset and told us that she is going to have to let her go and aplogized several times. The manager explained that she cannot cope her job. And she invited us back to the store. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK AGAIN!!
