Jaklyn was finally moved out of ICU! She has been very agitated this evening. Mom had to hold her and them lay in the bed with her. She has tried to talk tonight. Mommys name is YOU. She did some pointing for Nana to move the chair next to the bed. The swelling has gone down in her left eye so she is able to open it! She has pulled herself upright and can hold her head up for about 30 seconds with no assistance. She continues to improve. We are in hopes that the feeding tube will be removed tommorrow after the swallow assessment. We are amazed at how well she has done in the last 4 days! The power of prayer!
