James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. When we pray, we must believe that God is able and is always ready to answer our prayers. We must not allow doubt or unbelief to enter our thoughts. One way to help keep this from happening, is to continue to thank God for answering our prayers until they manifest. The Israelites spent 40 years in the wilderness because of unbelief, which is hard to understand because God did many miracles for them during this time. It shows us how easy it is to let doubt and unbelief to enter in. Let us not waiver or be moved by what things may look like, but stay focused on knowing the Lord is true to His word.
