James Barton ok the picture on top is about a year ago and i weighed 224... the picture on the bottom was taken 08/08/2014 (you can confirm it cuz i sent you the picture) i weighed 209..... now 12/27/2014 i weigh 204.3 lbs my abs are alot more visible than they show here.... a year ago i was dumbell pressing 70lbs reps of 10 today 12/27/2014.... i press 90lbs (ill let u video it when we workout)..... I have never ever posted a shirtless picture...until now and my next one will be when im fully 6packed out again...almost there lol.... J.B you care to share your Before and after pictures lol... in my before picture you can see i had man boobs, and lost my definition, the picture 08/08 chest definition returned and all that wiiiiiiiiiiiiiideeee broad shoulder action going on :)
